Fanfiction Friday (4/21/17)

FANDOM(S) FEATURED THIS WEEK:

I’m going to be 100% honest with you; this piece was dark, and I’m talking about “mid-country woods in the middle of the cloudy night” DARK. If you have any reservations about reading the effects of gust-twisting, disturbing torture resulting in long-term heart-wrenching agony as it impacts one’s psyche, perception of reality, and relationships, look away now; however, this is one of the most emotionally evocative pieces that I’ve read, and it comes to you highly recommended. The writing at its base is phenomenal, as is the character portrayal and “method-to-the-madness” as it applies to our dear Fullmetal is second to NONE. I cannot stress this enough. The unease one feels from the unsettling abet complete ending is an interesting phenomenon, and the work did leave room for a sequel which never came. This is certainly one of my top fanfiction recommendations, but I hesitate to leave spoilers here. Please, go check the work out for yourself.

This week turned out to be quite serious.
